What to expect at your first dental visit
Your first appointment is a check-up, so we get to know your teeth before we plan any treatment.

Your first appointment, step by step
-
Step 1: Book your visit
Send us a WhatsApp with a day that suits you. If you're in pain, say so and we'll see you as soon as we can.
-
Step 2: Fill in a patient form
Reception hands you a form for your contact details and medical history.
-
Step 3: Your check-up
We check your teeth, gums and mouth.
-
Step 4: Your options
We explain what we found and talk you through your options. You decide what happens next.
Meet the team
On the day, our receptionist greets you at the front desk, and a clinical assistant is with you in the treatment room.
