This is the website of Durban Dental Care, a dental practice in Durban North, and of Smile Aesthetics by Durban Dental Care, where we see patients for cosmetic treatment. The responsible practitioner is N. Singh (BDTh), HPCSA registration TT0013005.

What the information on this website is

Our pages explain treatments and dental care in general terms, so you know what to expect before you come in.

What it is not

It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you. Reading this website, or contacting us through it, does not make you a patient of the practice.

Advice about your own teeth

We cannot advise you about your own teeth by email, WhatsApp or social media, because a photo does not show what an examination finds. Book a check-up instead, and we will talk you through your options.

In an emergency

If you have toothache, a broken tooth or a knocked-out tooth, call 031 563 2473 during practice hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, and Saturday, 9am to 12pm. Tell us you are in pain and we will see you as soon as we can. What to do while you wait is on our toothache and broken teeth page.

Go to your nearest hospital emergency department straight away if you have trouble breathing or swallowing, a fever with swelling in your face, or swelling spreading towards your eye or neck.

Every treatment has benefits, risks and alternatives, and results differ from person to person. Before you agree to treatment, we explain them for your situation.
